[Specific Work Details]
· Responsible for business development in Korea & Japan
· Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives with Preferred Sales Agents
· Explore and develop new business channels and partners to support company’s growth
· Explore and develop new business channels and partners to support company’s growth
· Assess PSA distribution channels and activities to accomplish company’s sales target
· Establish and strengthen company’s brand awareness in the marketplace
· Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and conferences, seminars
· Sales Training for product knowledge with partners and agents
Potential Candidate should be:
· Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
· 5 years international sales experience with good sales track record, preferably in travel industry
· Experience in business development with multinational working background is preferred, but not mandatory
· A good team player with can-do attitude, willing to travel and work under pressure
