Enterprise Sales Manager in Multinational IT security company
This company is a multinational corporation(MNC)
MNC, is the world leading information security provider. We provide complete security utilizing its encryption technology to protect communications, intellectual property and digital identities, and offer a full spectrum of products hardware, software and chips.

Enterprise Sales Manager

[Job Responsibilities]
- Responsible for achieving Enterprise revenue targets in his/her assigned territory
- A sales driven and target focused individual who can deliver results and be a good mentor to his/her team
- A strong team player within sales, marketing, sales engineering, product management, and operation teams in APAC region
- Strong focus on pipeline building as well as the ability to follow through and manage the entire sales cycle
- Strong background in selling enterprise IT solutions, preferably with focus on security
- Superb track record in growing revenue and securing key accounts in his/her territory
- Develop and enhance business relationships that result in repeat sales and communicate with senior management of very large enterprises for sales and new product launches
- Generate accurate and realistic forecasts and articulate market requirements for the Enterprise business units.
- Translate Business Unit product strategy into executable sales plan

[Qualification Requirements]

Education:
- BS in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or similar field.

Experience:
- 6+ years of Enterprise sales experience in IT industries, at least 3 years at major account sales
- Previous working experience in US or European companies is preferred
- Experience in studying and living in US or Europe is desired

Skills:
- Willing to take challenging work
- Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, customer relationship development at all levels and account plans implementation
- Fluent in English and Korean with good communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with network security solution selling
- Ability to work under pressure, and to maintain focus on what is most important and what is urgent
- Frequent domestic travel is required
