Customer Coordinator
[Objective]
Work closely with the team to provide sales administrative support.
[Primary Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned]
- Handle full spectrum of sales related administrative and coordination duties
- Process customer order and delivery management including intercompany orders
- Handle customer enquiries (e.g. quality, product availability, delivery)
- Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of customers¡¯ orders
- Work with Finance team in the plants to manage accounts receivables
- Support Sales team to meet their monthly forecast target
- Provide administrative and logistic support including maintaining of office assets and inventory
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks which might be assigned from time to time

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
[Education and/or Experience]
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience
- Experience in automotive industry will be an advantage
- Proficient in English is a must
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, creative and lateral thinker who can work independently

[Compensation to be offered] Salary - Negotiable
Budget for this headcount is as follows:
a. Annual Base salary: KRW 40 mil (KRW 3.3 mil per month) payable on 12 months¡¯ basis
b. Variable bonus: 10% of annual salary
Variable Bonus: 10% of annual base salary
