[Specific Work Details/JD]
MNC is currently recruiting an Account Manager, responsible for managing the development of our existing accounts and for developing new business opportunities in South Korea. This is a senior role that requires the person to use their sales, technical, account management, business development and general management skills to develop and execute a sales plan for each account in South Korea.

[Essential Skills / Attributes]
¡¤7yrs + experience selling mobile application software into the Korean OEM handset industry: Specifically LG, Samsung and Pantech with a minimum of 3yrs senior account management experience within the mobile sector.
¡¤Extensive experience in key account strategic planning, account management and new business development.
¡¤Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas. Preference given to background in mobile application software and back end hosted solutions.
¡¤Excellent communications skills and ability to present to CXX(ÀÓ¿ø±Þ) level in key accounts. Fluent English and Korean are required.
¡¤Excellent customer relationship management skills. Existing senior level relationships with leading South Korean OEMs strongly required.
¡¤Candidates with Degree in Computer Science or related field or possess a detailed understanding of wireless application software is preferred.
[Detailed Responsibilities]
¡¤Development of sales strategy for assigned OEM accounts
¡¤All aspects for multi-million dollar personal pipeline management from lead generation, tender completion to successful closure of new business, including contract negotiations
¡¤Achieve, and exceed, personal revenue targets for new and existing business
¡¤Implement successful key account management processes for existing and new accounts
¡¤Act as Customer champion by maintaining a comprehensive overview of all existing / new projects and escalation point for any issues.
¡¤Acts as the primary communication point between customer and NewBay.
¡¤Manages the communication between cross functional project team(s) located in Korea, Seattle and Dublin.

The remuneration package will reflect the skills and experience of the successful candidate. The package will consist of an attractive basis salary together with a generous commission scheme. Usual benefits will be provided.
