2. Position Title : Actuary
- Human resource & General affairs Team leader (Department Head of HR & GA)
3. Position Primary Objective:
- Basically to manage all work scopes of HR & GA Team ; HR Administration including Planning
- Controlling, Salary & Beneficiary
- Organization
- Regulations and HR Management including Recruitment
- HRD
- Communication
- Labor Relationship
- Corporate culture and General affairs including Conference & Event
- GA regulations
- Purchase
- Property management
- To develop more elaborate and advanced HR system to be the market leader in the near future
4. Position Reports to:
Head of Operations (Managing Director)
5. Specific Accountabilities:
- Complete understanding of all laws and regulations related with HR and enough hands-on-background. Imagination based on understanding of related laws and regulations.
In-depth output of new internal regulations and systems.
- Complete understanding of all laws and regulations related with General Affairs and enough hands-on-background.
Imagination based on understanding of related laws and regulations.
In-depth output of new internal regulations and systems.
- Fully understanding of all affairs in HR and high developed managing skills.
Output of HR KPIs.
Compromised and more developed HR systems reflecting the old and the new.
- Know-how of internal and external communication and of build up company culture.
Active communications internally and effective external communications.
- Reasonable level of proficiency in communications and negotiation of labor relationship.
Having sound relations between labor and management.
- Presentation skills of major report.
Reporting major and critical issues in a timely manner.
- Fully understanding of management index and capabilities to draw up specific strategies.
Improve related accounts based on fully understanding.
