This person will assist the Chief Executive Officer in day to day of operations and in course of time take over as Chief Operating Officer. He should have experience in managing a Business with proven leadership qualities. He must be able to speak both the local language and English. He should be an Engineer preferably with an MBA with good techno-commercial understanding. He should understand machines and preferably have experience in plastic industry. He should have experience in working in the Far East and preferably in Tianjin, China.

- Generate new business Opportunities.
- New Product Development.
- Identify the market potential and develop clients.
- Implement business plan to meet sales target.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
- Manage the Sales Team to achieve targets .
- Developing of Marketing plans and strategies.
- Train and motivate the Sales Team to achieve the region sales target and collection and promotional activities.
- Obtain product approval from govt. bodies / authorities / govt. organizations.
