[Specific Work Details]
This role will provide Project Management responsibilities of the Han-Gang project to orchestrate 2 main projects Oracle GLProd for Finance/OTR and Siebel for Service including aligning global IT strategy to business function strategy while delivering the project for 15 months.
• Ensure engagement of Region functional teams across all functions
• Actively participate in key decisions related to processes, overall systems footprint for the overall projects
• Ensure engagement of functional consultants supporting the region functional teams in URS documentation, design solution and gaps analysis
• Manage the project plan and timeline, gaps analysis and mitigate risks together with IT PM
• Responsible for the operating mechanism and communication to all stakeholders
