1. evaluate cell security issues in process of material, design, technology and fabrication.
2.direct cell design staffs to analyze and improve its failure mode.
3.evaluate cell safety design grade
[Qualifications]
1. Educational background: master degree or above.
2. more than 10 years working experience in cell design/testing/quality
3. skills required:
be familiar with cell internal structure, and material properties
be familiar with cell testing standards at different regions
be familiar with analysis procedure of cell failure mode, and organize to analyze cell failure mode.
